Cantucci Biscotti Almond singles

Cantucci or Cantuccini (small cantucci) is the name given to the much loved and ever popular almond biscuit that was first made in the ancient medieval city of Prato which is situated in Tuscany.

Like rusks, cantucci are double baked which gives them a very firm bite and are best enjoyed when they are dipped (rusks are dunked!) into a cappuccino or a dessert wine such as Vin Santo.

All our cantucci and cantuccini (we make small cantucci for the hospitality industry) are handmade. We import the finest Californian almonds for our cantucci as almonds form a very important ingredient in this product.
